Leading Without Limits™
Leading Without Limits™ is a three-month
experience is for leaders whose responsibilities now or in the
near future require a strong leadership presence and skill set.
Audience. Leading
Without Limits™ is for
accomplished leaders whose primary
focus is continued success in
their role today, delivering
early wins in a new and visible
leadership challenge, or creating
a well-rounded leadership practice
portfolio as they prepare for
complex and challenging leadership
responsibilities in the near
future.
Groups are formed according to current leadership responsibility
and are for individuals at the
director level and above and for senior managers who have significant
leadership responsibility.
Program Outcomes. Participants in Leading Without Limits™ can
expect to have an intelligent and challenging leadership plan that links to
their professional development and business goals, a set of practices for developing
their leadership presence and personal brand, and strategies for handling themselves
successfully where strategic communication, influence, negotiation and political
know-how are required. They emerge as leaders ready for the tough situations
before them.
Program Format includes pre-work,
two-day launch, three half-day sessions at 4, 8, and 12 weeks,
three small-group strategy forums in interactive Webinar format,
peer master-mind consulting, custom leadership plan and six hours
of individual coaching with a leadership expert. The Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator® expanded report is included and a 360-degree
leadership practices assessment, the Leadership
Effectiveness Analysis® is added to give a full picture of leadership strengths
and challenges.
Post program. Our goal
is to build a strong community of leaders who continue to develop
their leadership talents. For those who want to extend beyond
the initial three months, we can design a custom individual or
group continuation plan that ensures the visions and plans developed
in the program continue to take shape.
Cost. $5,250 per person.
