the personal change/transition process, and skills
for developing their leadership presence and personal

where strategic communication, influence, negotiation
and political know-how are required.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® expanded report
for leaders. Other self-assessments or 360-degree
leadership practices or emotional intelligence
