Executive Coaching is for leaders at the
managing director, general manager, vice president,
and C-levels.
Executives have a unique situation. They
are high enough in the organization that most forms
of structured coaching and leadership development
opportunities do not adequately speak to the issues
and challenges at their level. The avenue then
is to work with an executive coach who is an experienced,
objective ally who can co-create a customized coaching
engagement that addresses an executive’s
specific focus and who is available, by phone or
in person, as often as the need arises. The result
is a coaching plan with well-defined executive
development, leadership, and personal goals that
is just right for the executive.
We offer six-month coaching engagements that
include a one-year master plan. All executive coaching
engagements include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® expanded
report for leaders. Other self-assessments or 360-degree
leadership practices or emotional intelligence
assessments may be added to give a full picture
of leadership strengths and challenges. We use
